When hired on a weekly basis, unless otherwise agreed, our portable toilets come with a free weekly service. This service includes the removal of waste from the toilet holding tank, priming with fresh water and chemical, replenished water in the sink, and replacement consumables including paper products and soap. The service also involves a general clean of the internal surfaces to leave the toilet looking and smelling fresh and clean.
Event toilets do not include a service as standard, though we are happy to quote for any number of services you require.

Site toilets are serviced using our custom-built service vehicles. The vehicles carry the equipment needed to empty, replenish, clean and re-stock the toilet. Vehicles need to be able to park no more than 10 meters away from the toilet to complete a full service.

The current British Standard BS6465-1:2006 states that 1 toilet should be provided for every 7 workers where once a week servicing is provided. As such, Challenger Site Services has an exemplary history in ensuring that each site is visited regularly, once a week.
